Sean has been leading teams since he was a young man. Starting in high school as a team captain, and moving on to a career in public service. Sean has served in leadership roles in the fire and EMS service for many years, both in the volunteer ranks and currently as a career fire lieutenant in a large metropolitan department. Sean also serves in a leadership capacity at a community college, coordinating simulation training for aspiring EMTs and paramedics. The most important leadership role, though, is being a husband and father to a wife and three children.

Jason is an experienced public safety and training professional with a strong background in leadership, instruction, and service. With over nine years as an EMT Crew Chief and two years as a Lieutenant, he held critical roles in training, supervision, and mentorship, helping develop future EMTs and enhance organizational readiness. He lat
Jason is an experienced public safety and training professional with a strong background in leadership, instruction, and service. With over nine years as an EMT Crew Chief and two years as a Lieutenant, he held critical roles in training, supervision, and mentorship, helping develop future EMTs and enhance organizational readiness. He later transitioned to emergency communications as a 9-1-1 Telecommunication Specialist and Shift Training Supervisor, mentoring multiple generations of dispatchers. Jason also served in the federal sector as a supervisor, trainer, and security education contractor, earning his Instructional Systems Design (ISD) certification and leading the development of mission-focused training programs. Based in Northern Virginia, he enjoys time with his wife and four children, golfing, and relaxing poolside, and is committed to building strong, effective, and supportive organizations.
Our program is a practical, team-focused program designed to help leaders build trust, engagement, and performance by putting their people first. Participants explore the core principles of servant leadership and how they differ from command-and-control models, with a focus on day-to-day team leadership. Through real-world examples, reflection, and discussion, leaders learn how to empower team members, share responsibility, support growth, and create a strong, collaborative team culture that drives sustainable results.

Participants explore the core principles of servant leadership and how they apply at the individual level, focusing on self-awareness, intentional service, and everyday actions. Through guided reflection and real-world examples, individuals learn how to listen more effectively, support others, build trust, and lead by example in ways that positively shape teams, relationships, and organizational culture.
